Recover a deleted account

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Your Sirena account has been scheduled for deletion. It is deactivated now, and everything in it is permanently erased 30 days after the request. Until then — and only until then — the deletion can be reversed.

There is no self-service undo. Reversing a deletion requires us to re-enable the account by hand, so it has to go through support. Once the 30-day window closes, the data is gone and cannot be brought back.

How to cancel the deletion

Email support@sirenastories.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Cancel my account deletion”. Include the account ID below so we can find the right account. We reply to the address on file — we will not restore an account from a request we cannot tie to it.

Your account ID

The account ID is the uid value in this page’s web address. Copy it into your email.

What happens after the 30 days

See Delete your account & data for the full list of what is erased, what we keep, and why. In short: your profile, chats, messages, memories, credit ledger, stored images and exports are permanently deleted; public characters you created stay available to other users; and purchase records held by Apple or Google remain with them under their own policies.
